Today I’m sharing life lessons about the dreaded topic most people don’t like to talk about – weight loss. There is a good reason why nobody likes to diet. The word diet itself is repelling. I don’t like diets that make me feel deprived of the foods I love to eat. While many people swear by the popular diets that omit sugar and carbs, those kinds of diets just aren’t for me.
In this video I share what I did to lose 15 pounds in 6 months without feeling deprived. I love to eat like everyone else and feel that eating delicious foods is part of our life’s enjoyment. I find that it’s balance that matters the most. I’m not a weight loss expert or a doctor so check with your physician before beginning on any kind of weight loss program. I’m just an ordinary older woman who found herself diagnosed with pre-diabetes, hypertension and was clearly becoming much too fat. This is how I lost 15 pounds in 6 months, reversed those medical diagnosis while I didn’t count calories or give up any of the foods I love to eat. I hope sharing this information helps others too.
