As Coronavirus spreads around the globe many of us are living in either partial or full lockdown. It’s scary and unnerving for many of us to be shut in our homes. I understand how intolerable it is to live life staying away from other people. In this video I explain how I have learned to L.E.E.P. through lockdown. Using this quiet time judiciously will help us heal our world.
